Delivery
When will I receive my order?

Normally, it takes 3-7 business days to process an order, after which we ship it. Delivery times depend on your location and here is an estimate:

● USA: 3-4 working days
● Europe: 6-8 working days
● Australia: 2-14 working days
● Japan: 4-8 working days
● International: 10-20 working days

Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities all over the world.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
A customs fee may apply to international orders. However, taxes are not under our control and vary by country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they charge any duties or taxes.

My order should have arrived, but it's late. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address.

● ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with one of them.
If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the package at a post office or a neighbor, write to us at info@whoopsiecre.com indicating the order number. If you have found an error in the delivery address we can send you a replacement order, but it will be at your expense.

Orders
How are the products made?
We work with a print on demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world, so depending on your shipping address, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can handle them most efficiently and quickly.

How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking link for your package when your order ships. If you have any questions about this or shipping, please email us at info@whoopsiecrew.com.

I received a defective/damaged product, what should I do?
We are truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at info@whoopsiecrew.com within a few weeks with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details that may be helpful. We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution!

Returns
Our return policies
Since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is anything wrong with your order, please feel free to contact us at info@whoopsiecrew.com.

Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged product please contact us at info@whoopsiecrew.com with photos.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do not currently offer this option. If you are unsure about your size, please check our size guide, we have one for each item in the product description section.
Occasionally, an item may have an incorrect label. If this is the case, please let us know by writing to info@whoopsiecrew.com within a week of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and photos of the item with the incorrect label and we will exchange it or issue a refund.
